This 100+ year old, historic home was recently remodeled and fully furnished with all the modern comforts you'll need for an enjoyable stay. After a day of exploring the outdoors, relax on the huge back deck in the hot tub or by the fire pit. Along with room for 10 guests, your furry friends are welcome! The Space: ★ 1 block to Monte Ne shores & boat ramp ★ Stunning Beaver Lake views from multiple rooms of the house, as well as the expansive back patio ★ Backyard with large deck, hot tub, and firepit ★ Accommodates 10 guests ★ Pet-friendly ★ Fully-equipped and stocked chef's kitchen ★ Living room with smart TV and games for entertainment ★ WIFI access throughout ✨ The Space Sleeping Arrangements: There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds in each. One of the bedrooms also includes a bunkbed, with a twin bed up top on a smaller mattress on the bottom suitable for a small child. There is also a pull-out double bed in the downstairs common area. Living Area: Open-concept living room with cozy seating, flat-screen TV, board games, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. There is a downstairs living room with a couch that folds out into a double bed and a desk. Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and dining space for shared meals. Outdoor Living: The large deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets, plus there’s a hot tub and firepit. Please note that we do not provide firewood. 🌊 Location Highlights Direct access to Beaver Lake just across the street—perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, and kayaking. The Monte Ne boat ramp is right there as well. The home is just a short drive to downtown Rogers with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
