A pack-n-play would fit in any bedroom, and the master could fit an inflatable twin (we brought). Very quiet neighborhood, less than 10 to Walmart, Target, restaurants. The location right next to a trail entrance meant we could depart from the house each day without having to put the bikes back on the car. The house is centrally located on the trail so by the end of the weekend we had explored all the way to both the northern and southern end of the Greenway. The house itself was immaculate and very well appointed. All the linens felt brand new; all the appliances were in excellent condition; the beds were super comfortable; the WiFi was fast and reliable; the enclosed patio out back was cozy in the evenings; and the split-plan floor plan with the living room separating the bedroom wings made it perfectly private for 2 couples to share. A grocery store is within 2.5 miles and Bentonville Downtown with excellent nightlife and shopping is an easy drive away. We live within a couple of hours of Biker's Paradise so we will be recommending this home to many of our cycling friends looking for a comfortable way to spend the weekend or longer exploring the many cycling trails in the Rogers/Bentonville area.
