It was definitely an older property, had a couple locked doors to a basement and probably cleaning supply closet. The access to the hot tub was through the sloping yard with no path. So to use it, you’d need to leave the side door, walk around the side yard - potentially at night - and use the hot tub under the upper deck. No other access. Also the lower level had 2 other locked doors below the deck - not sure their use. Lastly, it would probably be best to remove the 2 sets of straps hanging from the front carport area. I assume these are for kayaks or other devises, but not overly welcoming for a rental property to see lots of black straps hanging from the ceiling near entry. ##### Don M.
