"Wonderful experience staying in this hotel when visiting Banff and Jasper. My family and I were here for 5 nights and enjoyed the location, boutique feel of hotel, restaurant and family amenities. Just far enough down the Banff Ave. strip to avoid the touristy hustle and bustle. Great option and high recommend."

"The location is exceptional and the hotel, while a bit dated, was clean and well appointed. The trains are very close, but the double glazing helps and they don’t run all night at least! Breakfast was pretty nice, and overall I’d recommend this hotel."
