"It would be nice if there was a refrigerator in the room. It would be helpful to have a safety bar in the tub and shower and one by the toilet. I’m sure it’s purchased by bulk, but for such an elegant hotel, the toilet paper is bad. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and good customer service.."

"When I arrived, I was quite embarrassed because I couldn't find the hotel name. I had to ask the receptionist and get a detailed explanation. The room was very packed, and the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. I really like this location because next to the hotel there is also a very convenient Electrify Canada electric vehicle charging station. The downside is that it doesn't have a swimming pool and free breakfast."

"The hotel staff was very friendly. We were able to have them hold our bags when our room wasn’t ready while we went out hiking for the day. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was in a great location. The bus stop was right next door and was also walkable to downtown."
