"The cabin was exactly as it was described. We had everything and more than we needed. Ashley quickly responded to us. We enjoyed the view from the front porch watching deer cross the meadow and the little prairie dogs. The mountains all around were gorgeous and the night sky was magnificent! We would definitely choose this property again…. It is secluded and yet just minutes from Pogosa Springs."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is brand new and in excellent condition. There were some waters in the fridge and snacks on the counter which was a nice touch, haven't experienced that before. We have family that lives a couple houses up the hill so the location was perfect. We already booked it again for December."

"This property was super clean, well stocked and the communication with the owner was great! The layout of the cabin was also really great. Loved the cup de sac and plenty of space for our pups. It's only about 10 mins from downtown Pagosa Springs. I wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely recommend!"

"This place is quiet and was the perfect stay. We loved watching the deer and even saw some cute little bunnies! The kitchen has everything you could want or need and the bathrooms have your shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The hot was was a nice way to end the day! The upstairs does not cool down well but a few fans helped. Screens on the doors would be a bonus."

"We stayed at “Pagosa Springs Family Retreat w/ Game Room & Views” from 6/20/26 - 6/24. Great host communication answering our questions. House was clean, inviting, felt like home.Amazing views of the town off the back deck, and San Juan River below. House is somewhat remote, large lots, no close neighbors. House was well-stocked with many spices, mixing bowls, dishes, many games, etc. Unlike most houses with yard-sale-type furniture, this had quality. (My only concern is that the supple leather dining seats and the cream colored fabric patio sofa didn’t seem kid friendly—we had kids there, so I worried about/worked to minimize spots and stains).3 levels—bottom has twin/full bunk bed, sectional sofa, pool table w/ ping pong top and paddles/balls, and small full bath. Bedroom has outside door so can carry luggage direct w/ no stairs.2nd main level has 2 BR (each with a queen), and bath w/shower in center. Huge kitchen, another bath w/ shower, LR, dining, and primary BR w/ bath.3rd level has 2 queens, sitting area, and office area. No bath on 3rd, so we put kids up there. :) It’s a quick run down the stairs to the bathroom.I would definitely stay here again. June had good weather—cool nights so we left windows open at night, used fans. Then mid morning we shut windows because the days were warm. We booked through VRBO instead of Evolve so I think it cost more that way ‘cause VRBO tacks on their cut. This house books ahead so just change your dates and rent this one!"
