I come to DC area quiet frequently and I have been enjoying this hotel very much. The only thing I miss is the breakfast included. I hope you will consider this service again focussing in a variety of choices: fruits, carbs, and protein. Include choices for vegeterians with plain yogurt.

This was one of the worst hotel that I just visit and the management was horrible and they don't even have a Netflix on TV , thay give you a dirty towel and smell so bad. Terrible management and this hotel had only one housekeeper. I have no idea how this hotel is still working and I would not come in to this again.

Property was clean had no complaints with anything. Quiet area although next to busy road. Front desk staff was excellent during check in ; easy and fast. Will visit again .

Main road was very noisy with ambulances and sirens most of the night going up and down the street.
Bed was a bit tilted foot above the head which made laying in bed a bit off.
The thing that bothered me most was the fixed shower wall and the way it’s designed. You have to physically get into the shower to reach the water valves to turn on and in doing so get soaked with freezing cold water.

The staff is excellent. When I had a problem, they got it resolved very quickly. The Desk Clerk called me to let me know that the problem was fixed. A very nice and clean hotel. I will be back.

There was dried food on the TV remote. A lot of the furniture is wall mounted and that was definitely a poor choice, as the desk was visibly at an angle and falling off the wall already. The Food Network station didn't work at all, though the other channels did. Rolando was very nice and helpful at check-in, despite the POS system being down.

What a lovely experience. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was also large and inviting. My husband and daughter both used the fitness room which was nice. They had delicious free coffee 24 hours! Normally I don’t like those type of free drinks since they don’t taste good but this was actually really high quality. A+

Although fixtures & fittings appear slightly outdated the wear and tear aspect shouldn’t be visible to the eye. Items are cleaned but stall appear worn out like carpets, chipped floor tiles and bath taps a bit loose and don’t switch to shower completely. When everything else is perfect these will stand out. Otherwise, I always enjoy my stay. Pity the cooked breakfast stopped, it was awesome! Refurbishments are a nice upgrade in the foyer but the rooms need some attention. See you next week! 😀

Definitely not your typical BW ... I guess that's why they call it a Premier. 3-1/2 bordering on 4 stars. Relatively modern, clean rooms. I will return to this hotel. Nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and the only issue I have is that the bar and restaurant haven’t reopened since December. The staff is wonderful the rooms are modern and spacious, conveniently located by the highway and the building is clean. Suggestion…. Get a jazz live bands for the weekends and do brunch…
