Beautiful property and amenities. We felt pampered and location is unique home so close to the downtown but with privacy from the crowds. Top notch value! Loved the front porch where we met friends for a drink and conversation before heading into town!

Lovely boutique hotel within walking distance to everything in downtown Rockport. Tastefully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Staff are not onsite but were extremely helpful via text. We hope to return!

Very clean and convenient location. Enjoyed not having to deal with a front desk and staff, nice to just come and go without wondering when cleaners will enter your room. Grounds were very quiet and close to downtown to walk and shops to visit. Recommend staying here.

Easy, beautiful, clean - what’s not to like? We had a great time here. Stayed the night and had a drive less then 20 minutes to Wingaersheek Beach the following morning. Definitely recommend.

Hosts were very quick and helpful in responding to our questions/ requests. Great location. Personally found the bed uncomfortable but my wife was fine with it. Can be a bit noisy at night with no carpet on the stairs and hallway and the beeping of the keypad locks on the doors.

We were absolutely delighted by our stay at the Rockport House and will absolutely be returning in the future. Our room was incredibly clean, welcoming, spacious, and every one of us slept very well on the beds, which were so comfortable. Outside was a suspended swing chair, plentiful Adirondack chairs and grassy areas to relax on, a well-maintained laundry area, and easy access to downtown Rockport. The concierge team was top-notch and quick to respond when we had questions. What a lovely hotel. We will definitely be back!

Very lovely property, bedroom was great, everything was clean and comfortable! The only issue was that in order to watch anything on TV, one needed to have a Roku account, which we don't have. WE have other streaming services, but not Roku. So at the end of a long day traveling day, all's we wanted to do was sit and watch the local news, or maybe the local baseball team. That's our only issue. Other than that, we would stay there again!

We loved our stay at The Rockport House. It was within walking distance to town, though there is no staff on the premises, with one call or text, we had every question answered. Loved our room, loved the places to sit in the shade. We will definitely be back! One suggestion, have a water refilling station in the main house.

Very clean Inn and room. Recently upgraded room. Was a little different than most places...there is no staff at the main entrance. You are given a code shortly before check in that gets you in the building and your room. There is a phone number that you can call if there is any issues. Great place and real good price considering how close it is to the main strip and ocean (within walking distance). Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I loved the room size, the activities nearby too were also really cool. Loved the digital key with the numbers as well. The only issue I had was the shower curtain rod was a bit finicky and fell a couple times, and there was a bee in the room when I first got there. Other than that, great place to stay. 👍
