Seabreeze Cove is a waterfront home 3/2 1/2. Each bedroom has a water view. Kitchen, living room and porch make you feel as if you are living on a boat without the waves. Garage and plenty of front parking for a boat. Kayaks and stand up paddle board available for your use. Great place to kayak and fish. Check out the islands/rookeries teaming with bird life just a short distance by kayak from your own dock. (with special kayak launch) If you like being on the water and enjoy nature, this is a good fit for you.

Great house in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay...the kids loved fishing off the pier and even caught a few big ones! The house was very clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay again.

A lovely weekend in Rockport

Sea Breeze Cove is a lovely waterfront home in Rockport. It was clean, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook full meals. We especially enjoyed the deck. The patio furniture was comfy and the sea breeze delightful. We would stay there again.

Family Summer Vacation

Family weekend

This is a very nice place to stay. I loved the beautiful patio to just relax on. All the boys enjoyed their fishing time thanks to having a nice dock area. House had everything anyone could want and so much more than places we’ve rented in the past. Vicki, the owner was wonderful and accommodating as well as answered all our questions. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

We woke up and went kayaking daily and went fishing every evening. The porch was so relaxing and we sat for hours just talking. It was just what we needed to unwind from our busy lives.

Beautiful property!

We had 8 family Members ages Ranging from 60's to teenagers and everyone had plenty of space to relax. Super accommodating! We had fun kayaking, fishing and relaxing on the deck! It was a Great family getaway and everyone loved it!

You know the property is wonderful if you stay a second time! My family loves this place especially my inlaws who like to relax and fish. My teenagers have plenty of room for their space, play games on the lawn and kayak and I love the beautiful ocean views and layout of the property! Beautiful property!

Perfect fishing getaway

We had a very relaxing weekend of fishing. Games and kayaks. We stocked the fridge and never had to leave the house. The house had everything we needed to cook for the weekend and things to do to keep us busy. Plenty of space for our 2 families with teens. The owner was very responsive to our messages and took care of us promptly. We would definately stay again..

Perfect bayfront property for a family getaway!

Absolutely loved this place! Bayfront with dock to fish and kayak, and yard space for little ones to play. Beautiful views and so much fun watching the birds, jumping fish, and gorgeous sunsets. Had I known of all the amenities in the house, I would have packed about half of what I brought! Thoroughly enjoyed Sea Breeze Cove and hope to come back someday soon.

Amazing Experience

Excellent experience at this property!

Our family had a great Oysterfest weekend at this property in Rockport. This family of 12 had every accomodation one could ask for. Along with the activities at Oysterfest our grand kids enjoyed kyaking so much that they never broke out their fishing gear even having their bait. The rental was well stocked with everything one could want. I would highly recommend Sea Breeze Cove. We hope to return again. A big thank you to the owners.

New Years 2022

Another NYE on Salt Lake! This is our 3rd at this beautiful home. We kayaked, paddle boarded, and enjoyed every moment of the 75-degree sunshine at Sea Breeze Cove. A group of us went fishing on Copano Bay with guides, everyone limited out and at one point, the boat was surrounded by dolphins. A wonderful long weekend!

Delightful stay, great location.

This home is beautiful, so many nice touches in the kitchen and bathrooms. The view is phenomenal whether you're eating at the kitchen island or hanging from the hammock on the huge outside sitting area. Fenced back yard adds safety for kids. Tons of water toys, and a fishing dock with crab cage that never failed to disappoint. Maybe most notable to share, though not "exciting" is the well stocked pantry and kitchen supplies, super selection of pans, baggies, spices, oils, all the basics that make it easy to get settled and go. Such a relief if you're there for a few days and plan on cooking. Beds were super comfy, master suite was beautiful and has its own entry onto the deck. This is a keeper for us.
