Space is comfortable and compact Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and patio is excellent for people watching. Location is incredible. Matt, the owner, was cheerful and quick to help when a couple of minor things needed fixing. It was late April, so many shops on Bearskin Neck hadn't opened for the season, but not a problem for us as this was not our first out-of-season visit to the area. The owner was doing some construction on the deck above our outside sitting area but it was just a slight inconvenience. The lack of a dedicated parking space might be more of an problem in the height of the season; we had no problem parking nearby.
