Matt, the owner, was cheerful and quick to help when a couple of minor things needed fixing. It was late April, so many shops on Bearskin Neck hadn't opened for the season, but not a problem for us as this was not our first out-of-season visit to the area. The owner was doing some construction on the deck above our outside sitting area but it was just a slight inconvenience. The lack of a dedicated parking space might be more of an problem in the height of the season; we had no problem parking nearby. We can honestly say that this location ended up being an amazing surprise.. Host was communicative and helpful, the space was perfect for our needs and had wonderful charm and comfort, the mattress was really comfortable, the host's recommendations for what to eat and activities in the area were spot on and Bearskin Neck is national a hidden treasure! We chose this area based on this listing looked great, and we couldn't have been more pleased with everything it had to offer.
