  • Welcome to the Pier Pleasure II! This newly built waterfront 3 bedroom home on Copano Bay is the perfect place to spend time relaxing whether you are fishing off the private fishing pier or watching the unforgettable sunsets. A lighted fishing pier with green lights and a charcoal grill makes this home the perfect place to catch and cook your next fish.

    This home is an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, an island with seating, a dining table, and a living area which makes it a great place to spend time with family and friends. The living room has a huge TV, perfect to watch your favorite sports team. On one side of the main living area is a primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and a large shower. On the other side is a short hall with two bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom. The living room couch is also a queen sleeper sofa.

The whole thing was very nice and we enjoyed our stay, we did find out that our future trips will probably need to be on a lower elevation. My wife and I , neither of us are in the greatest shape, between her arthritic knees and my being out of shape in our 60’s. The stairs were more of a challenge than we have ever had. The pier was very nice we fished every night and our son came and stayed a couple of days and worked from the house. We caught a lot of trout, but all undersized , but it was fun. We have been a ms kittys customer for past 12 yrs and found that the service fees seem to have gotten to high for our taste. The house is very very very nice!!!!!!
