The home, recently built in 2022, boasts an abundance of features, from a private gas grill and outdoor dining area to an inviting waterfront patio with an outdoor dining area - ideal for steak nights or spending quality time with loved ones. Enjoy amazing views of the bay from the comfort of the patio which features an outdoor TV and fans that keep everyone cool. With free WiFi, streaming, and board games, you won't go short of entertainment for those lazy evenings. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site. \*\*Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. We had an amazing time surrounded by the tranquil bay, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. Plus, being close to downtown Rockport made it convenient for exploring the area. Wife and I stayed here and loved every minute. Completely decked out kitchen and very nice furnishings. I fished from the porch and pier, and we shopped downtown. We ate a few meals out and had excellent seafood, live music and atmosphere. We highly recommend the restaurant Latitudes and the shop Coastal Mercantile. While at house we spend hours on the back porch, listening to music. The surround sound airplay was easy to connect to, and available both outside and inside. This house is spotless and well maintained, with comfy beds that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. We especially loved the relaxing patio vibes - the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening unwinding. We enjoyed the scenic boardwalk to the pool which was a fun bonus, and appreciated that pool towels were provided.
