You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Rockley Resort, Modern 2 bed/2bath Golf/Pool/Tennis, Full AC.
Perfectly situated in a central location on the South Coast, Rockley Golf and Country Club allows for the best of both worlds.
With easy walking access to beaches, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, banks and other amenities whilst also being tucked away from the main road.
After a long day at the beach, escape to the lush green quiet surroundings and a view of the golf course.
If you prefer to stay on-site, there are many amenities at your disposal. It is the perfect spot for everyone.
The layout is a classic townhouse style (the
bedrooms are upstairs and the living /dining and kitchen downstairs).
The living area is open plan, bright, spacious and breezy with a full bathroom (walk in shower) a fully-equipped kitchen, smart tv, ceiling fans, AC and a private patio with ceiling fan. There is also a dining table overlooking the golf course as well as a barbecue.
Upstairs, the primary and second bedroom share a jack-and-jill style / dual en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Both bedrooms are equipped with AC and ceiling fans, the primary bedroom has a patio with seating and table which looks onto the golf course. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together to make a king bed.
On this floor you will also find a washing machine and dryer neatly situated in the linen cupboard, a safe, extra linens, pillows and towels.
The apartment is equipped with beach essentials ( cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas).
The pool (one for each cluster) is a short walk from the apartment and has a lovely deck for lounging with tables, chairs, umbrellas and loungers.
