"Clean rooms + great beds + friendly staffs"

"Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...

"The listing did not show that we had to climb a high exterior staircase resembling a fire escape (22 steps) to enter the apartment. We are two 70 year old international visitors with 2 -50 lbs suitcases to carry up the stairs (unprotected from the heavy rain). Although there was a laundry closet with a tub and plumbing, a private washer and dryer was not provided (to be fair, not in listing).
