Includes: trash, heat, water, sewer, snow removal, lawn maintenance and 2 parking spaces. You would be responsible for electricity and $1,300 per month, with a security deposit equal to one month’s rent and a $35 application fee.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping in or on the property. No pets allowed. Credit score of 650 or higher and background checks required for approval.
