"We only were in Rockport/Rockland for 1 day and 1 night but the Island View was incredible! They thought of everything in the room and it was decorative, clean, comfortable, had a little balcony where we could have a night cap. We definitely are going to stay here when we are in the area again and make sure we book a longer stay!"

"We only stayed here for one night for our trip to Acadia but it was so nice! There was definitely a lot of very nice and gaudy inns around the area but they are quite pricey. This motel had clean sheets, clean bathroom, smelled good and had lots of amenities to use in the shared space and was reasonably priced. When we arrived, the internet/wifi was not really working but the property manager was so kind and helpful and tried to help before she left for the evening. The WiFi was still cutting in and out but the close we were to the main room the better the WiFi was! Definitely one of the nicest motels we have stayed at and loved how intimate and centered around community it was. Would definitely recommend for short or even longer stays."
