"This was the worst hotel stay that I have had that I can remember. The floor was dirty. The towels were not clean. They look like they were hung up damp. The walls are paper thin we had no sleep due to the guest in the next room, laughing in his sleep all night long must be a medical condition. It really looks like they just don’t care. The switch covers in the bathroom were mismatched and broken. The caulking around the tub was worn out. The bathroom door, looks like they didn’t even care when they painted it because there was paint all over the door hinges. It just gave the impression that they just do not care.Another traveler in our party, they could not find his reservation and the first staff member who tried to help him gave up after saying they don’t have the reservation. We had to wait another 15 minutes for another staff member to try and help. The only solution was to make another reservation and pay for the room again, even though he had already paid for the first room and had the receipt. The restaurant/bar in the lobby was the only bright spot of the stay. The band was very good. The breakfast in the morning was subpar. I think that they had used the food that they had left over from the morning before’s breakfast and just heated it up which they didn’t even do a very good job at that. I would never recommend anybody to stay at this hotel. It needs to be shut down."

"Our room was clean, but wasn’t what we had reserved. We reserved a room with one queen sized bed and was given a room with two queen sized beds instead at no extra charge. The people in the room next to us kept slamming their door whenever they would leave or come back. "

"I did not travel with my pet this time, but I think this facility has a problem with bedbugs,I have many bits all over my body and 2 months ago I stayed in that same place and I got the same problem on my eyes. Won't stay there anymore"
