With nearly 2000 square feet of unique custom finished living space, including a separate game room with Pool Table, Darts, & 4,000+ Arcade System, there is plenty of room for the family to spread out. Relax in the private covered hot tub area with Bluetooth speakers. Two Trees is part of our Buck Run location, consisting of 14 heavily wooded acres, 2 small ponds and a lagoon. Close to everything Hocking Hills has to offer! Please note that the only access point to the master bedroom & bathroom (with large soaking tub) is the ladder staircase shown off of the kitchen. Things to note: \- Renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent Two Trees. \- Renter must provide a valid driver’s license copy that includes date of birth. \- Renter must agree to review and sign Rental Agreement (see attachment at end of booking process). Agreement will again be emailed to Renter after booking is accepted for electronic signature. \- Renter agrees to provide refundable $500 security deposit in the form of a "Pre-Authorization Hold" to Renter's credit card on file. Hold will be processed against Renter's credit card on file 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in. \- As the responsible member of your group, Renter will be responsible for anything that occurs during the stay. We didnt need 3 bedrooms, but it fit the bill for everything else. We stayed in and enjoyed the pool table, darts, and arcade games one day. It was so much fun. The views were amazing. We loved the location, you felt close to what you needed but not a neighbor near. We really felt like we had our own little oasis in Hocking. We also loved all the amenities that the house offered. We played darts, sat on the sofa and enjoyed the fireplace (indoors), utilized the hot tub, there were so many things to enjoy right there at the house. When using the kitchen space, we loved that everything was labeled. Spring break was a success! The kids (and adults) loved the game room and hot tub. Everything was as advertised and clean. Close to hikes and beautiful nature. It was raining most of our stay but we weren't bothered - great memories for all. Stayed 3 nights, perfect for our family. ##### Daniel E. The Two Trees Cabin was perfect and everything was as shown/described in the listing. Property far enough away from town to unwind, but still close enough to grab essentials from stores. Short driving to state parks and hiking. Very clean, well kept. Would stay here again. ##### Kyle D. Close to shopping and groceries and restaraunts. Also close to all the hiking in the park. We loved the game room and deck. Also really glad we bought the firewood deal. We will definitely be back.
