There is a grocery store within easy walking distance. They desperately need better lighting in both bedrooms - we had to move the living room lamp into the smaller bedroom if we would have been in darkness once daylight was done. Also, for those who live places (like BC) where garbage chutes are almost never seen, there is one on the floor.
