New Sauna! 3 min. walk to Beach, Dog and Family Friendly, Bright & Modern House

  • Only 3 blocks to the beach. Dog and family friendly. House is elevated and surrounded by forest & wetlands.

    Relax on the gigantic private back deck listening to murmurs of the ocean. A true bird watcher's paradise! No neighbors on two sides so you can really enjoy the peace and quiet of the Oregon coast. Deer and raccoons regularly walk through the yard. You will feel surrounded by nature, but it's Just a few blocks to shops, restaurants, and grocery store in downtown Rockaway Beach!

    The house is designer furnished with playful colorful murals and high end touches. New Casper King Mattress in the main bedroom. Bunk bed in the second bedroom includes roll out trundle so there's room for everyone.

    Super high speed WIFI using Starlink. "Cloffice" in the main bedroom closet tucks away out of site when not in use. It is fully equipped with Grovemade accessories and a sit-stand desk with chair. Perfect for work from anywhere!

    As of Summer 2026, we have a brand new sauna on the back deck. Made of all cedar, it fits 2-4 people. Features a beautiful picture window with forest views.
