the room was very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the walk-in shower very much. My wife and son enjoyed the breakfast and pool table. What I did not like was that I had requested a ground floor because I am in a wheel chair sometime and in case of a fire I could not move down the stairs. Luckly there was no fire. The staff was very accommodating and were helpful when we requested something. Overall my rating would be a 4.999999999999 out of 5.0. I also know that I will make my reservations thru the motel from here out and if I do book thru a third party, I will call the hotel to confirm that my requests are met.

Breakfast was good. The staff was very good. Nadia was excellent. Did come back one evening at 6:30pm and the air conditioner covers were all in the hallway being serviced. We finally got back in our room at 7. Not sure how that schedule was decided.

Apparently there was a power outage prior to me checking in. The elevator was not working and the room key system was not back up yet. The manager on duty and staff handled it beautifully. She and a member of the staff helped take my bags up to my room. We had to take the steps. I was in the lobby for a bit and she helped each person checking in do the same thing. This is the type of customer service that I admire. I will be staying there again on my next trip to the area.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Easy parking and breakfast came w stay. However, the bed (queen) was extremely uncomfortable so I was very disappointed. I regularly stay at Tru while traveling and was surprised by the lack of quality in the bed.
