Beaver Lake Escape is a newly renovated home with an open floor plan in the kitchen and living space. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 large closets for guests to use. The bathroom has a stand up shower and small vanity with storage underneath and 3 drawers. This lake house is located on a quiet dead end road perfect for couples looking to escape for a short romantic getaway or a long vacation. While you are here you can enjoy the amenities of the home from something a simple as your morning cup of coffee on the front deck to your preferred evening cocktail around the fire pit.

It was a cute cottage on the lake although not extremely clean and very cold . Hot water only lasts about 5ish minutes. Besides that excellent stay and made me consider moving upstate .
Adorable little escape with added bonus of being on the lake and having a hot tub! Exactly what my husband and I needed to relax and reset! Host was beyond friendly and the house was clean. Would love to go back!
Good location, very responsive host, a little bit expensive for what it was however. The host was very good with communication and it had the basics that you need for your stay.
We were looking for a quick getaway out of the city, and we found it! A very cute, immaculate and stylish little home. All essentials included (including condiments and spices, which is rare in a rental home). Although it was very cold (and snowy) we enjoyed being near the lake. Very close to a casino and general store, so we had everything we needed. Pet friendly too, always a plus.
This cottage is this perfect place for a quick little getaway! We had the most perfect lazy stay for the weekend secluded from the city. Just sitting outside the cottage watching the lake in silence was so peaceful. The host was also extremely responsive and detailed in her messages. Would highly recommend.
We have never been to the Catskills before and i found this place and I am so glad I did.
This house is on a very quiet dead-end street and across the street was the lake. It was just so peaceful and relaxing.
The house was very comfortable and clean.
We loved waking home or coming home to find deer in the yard. They are like pets. Not afraid of us at all.
We enjoyed the backyard with the fire pit and hot tub.
If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life I highly suggest you stay here
We only stayed for one night. The home was exactly as advertised. The host was super responsive and excellent in her communication. The check-in process and getting into the home was so easy. The home was spotless and adorable. Beaver Lake is a small lake, bordering on a large pond, lol. Due to our short stay, we didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy the water, but we did see others floating under the sunshine. The woods behind the house were very cool and the morning brought us views of deer walking through the woods. The front porch was nice to enjoy in the early morning air with the coffee and a danish. Again, due to our short stay, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the neighboring facilities, but they did appear to be something that we would explore if we were to be back in the area and stay at this home. Our host was excellent in her communication was extremely helpful and she was very accommodating to our request to check in a little bit earlier. So if you’re in the area, you can’t go wrong with this home.
The stay was great, nice and quiet an excellent escape from the world. The little town area had so many little places to shop at and the Trading post was a hit. While we werent able to do much in the area with my guest being under the weather there was options to do so.
Very close to the lake and we saw lots of wildlife just from the door. Home was clean and had any basic necessity you could need for your stay. Great communication and great location !
The house was as advertised and was perfect for our 2 night stay. It was clean and the neighborhood was great to walk our dogs. While we did not take advantage of things to do in the area because we were there for a family event, there are many things to do. We did enjoy bagels from Bagel Bakery in Monticello.
Once a year the wife and I attend a concert at Bethel Woods. We generally stay and a hotel but this year want to try something different and it did not disappoint. This place is quiet, clean secluded and has a lot to offer that unfortunately we didn’t have time to take advantage of. From the kayaks and hot tub to the back yard and front deck. This was truly a great stay.
This small cozy home was exactly what my and newly fiancee was looking for. We've taken advantage of the outdoor amenities offered. We suggest you'd do the same! The Blackburns keep their cozy home simple for their guests. Our weekend was a memorable one and we're very grateful!
