We love everything about this hotel .. the room so relaxing and clean.. very modern and beach vibes !!! Greeted at front when we chose to do valet parking …the staff outside are very friendly, receptionist are nice as well!! Our room is all the way to the end of the hotel but very close to the rooftop outdoor pool which is so convenient !!! The outdoor pool is so awesome with the Ferris wheel background and the fountain views is to die for!! The bartender is rude when we asked for towels he said he doesn’t know !!! Fitness room is basic but it’s clean !! Cons: parking you have to pay $25 for valet a night !! Self park is $10 but it’s downtown so first come first serve … they ask $100 for accidental fee to hold upon checking in .. and they will deduct the parking fee once you check out and the remaining balance will be refunded in 10 days!! This hotel location doesn’t offer free breakfast …which sucks !!! The other margaritaville island inn does offer free breakfast ..

My family of 4 was super impressed with staff hospitality and cleanliness of the rooms. This is a VERY kid friendly hotel. They had activities from 9a-11p some free and some you had to pay for. Worth it! Pool and water slides were amazing. Kiddie pool was fantastic for my little. We had a balcony overlooking the pool in the second building so we did have to walk to go to the pool, arcade and activities. They had different characters dressed up to meet daily. My daughter loved that. We had fresh towels and housekeeping visited daily. This hotel was. 10/10. We will definitely be back!!
