Worldly Designed Spacious One-Bedroom Unit in Rochester's East End

  • Our unit is located in Rochester's first ApartHotel, a building in which all units are fully furnished with select hotel-like amenities. This 1-bedroom loft has a fully equipped kitchen and stainless steel appliances with granite surfaces. The bright unit has an entire wall of windows providing a sunny living area that overlooks the street below. Unit 301 is spacious and at the end of the hall of the ApartHotel. It is also within walking distance of a plethora of amenities and activities.

    The unit is professionally designed with textual sensitivity, furnishings from around the world, and some original artwork. The bedroom has a queen bed and a twinkling chandelier, giving one the feel of enhanced elegance. A lavish, fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a 55" Smart TV, and a spacious bath. Also included are ultra-fast fiber-optic WiFi, an Amazon Alexa, and streaming cable service.

    All guests must provide their email addresses after booking so our Director of Concierge Services can arrange to meet you on your arrival date.

    This property is available at a discounted rate for stays longer than 30 days. Occupancy taxes will not apply. The cleaning fee is $165 plus tax.

great location that you would miss if you weren't looking for it. Even my family didn't know where this place was and they've lived there all their lives. Spacious bathroom, great kitchen, bohemian living space. Big windows to let in natural light and good city/street views from the third floor. Would stay again. Much cheaper than the Marriot next door.

Very nice accommodations. David Smith met us and was very flexible with checking us in a bit earlier. Security is SUPER tight; parking is in a sealed garage and you have to use a key fob to get into the building, use the elevator, and get into the apartment. The apartment is FULLY furnished with anything you might need in the kitchen. I especially liked having the blanket when I sit on the couch. The location is nice too. Locals Only is just around the corner and has a nice menu. It’s a bit expensive but restaurants are expensive here. Two blocks down is a really nice bakery. The bodega on the corner just before the bakery has a nice sandwich menu that’s a lot cheaper for take out.There are two night clubs in the neighborhood that are open until midnight during the week and 2:00 am Friday and Saturday. I was uncertain about my decision to stay here but I heartily recommend it now.
