Viola Suite #2 | Quiet 2BR, Lg Yard, 3 Mi to Mayo!

  • Suite 2 is a quiet 2-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, den, and private deck with views of our beautiful wooded backyard. Our property is very close to the Quarry Hill Nature Center trail system.



    Bedroom one has a queen size bed with dresser, closet, and 32" TV. Bedroom two has a dressing area with recliner chair and closet, king size bed, dresser, and 32" TV. Living room offers a lounge chair, loveseat, coffee table and 50" TV. Kitchen has full size fridge, gas range, dishwasher and microwave. Den has couch, writing desk, gas fireplace, and back door to private deck. Bathroom has pedestal sink, full size shower tub with safety grip bars.



    Parking is free in our gravel lot out front. Laundry machines are coin-operated and located in our garage (available during the hours of 9am - 8pm).
