Enjoyed our 2 and a half week stay. Very accommodating staff. We had issues with the room we initially booked as my husband is a wheel chair. They moved us to an accessible suite with no additional charges. Ended up staying an extra week and happily paid the difference. Staff absolutely amazing thefe. Housekeeping even if you were not on the list that day would ask you if you needed anything in passing. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is just over a year old but there are already tears and stains in the hallway carpet. The landscaping is completely neglected which really detracts from the hotel’s appearance. The staff was super friendly and the room was huge and clean.

The man running front desk was so nice and accommodating. The hotel was clean, smells really nice- not moldy like a lot of other hotels. They have a nice spot outside with a couple lg gas grills for guests to use, 2 fire pits, a bunch of tables and chairs and it’s lit up at night, making it a nice little spot to hang out so your not stuck in your room all night, it’s really close to everything although it’s not right in town surrounded by other places and shops. It’s only 10 mins to airport; and 5-15 mins to get anywhere. Very convenient. I will definitely go there again when I’m back in town.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was great! Expressway is very loud in the rooms though, need windows to be more insulated. Also, the lights and a/c cut off after 10 minutes when there isn't movement in the room. This means when watching TV or sleeping the room will get warm in the summer.

The room and hotel was very clean. The rooms were nice and clean as well and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I would say would make it much better is adding some sort of breakfast, or at least some good fresh brewed coffee.

Very clean and well maintained which is great because this is a newer property. All the rooms come with a full size refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes and silverware. I believe this hotel is considered more of an extended stay so that's the reasoning for the full kitchen which we absolutely loved! Of course there was also a microwave. It's convenient to shopping, and dining in the Rochester New York area specifically Greece New York. Again there really isn't anything bad I can say about our stay because everything was great! And I will definitely stay here again as well as a refer anyone who is looking for a room while they are visiting Rochester or the surrounding counties.

Spacious room, comfortable bedding, and clean. And very responsive service from the front desk. Our room was right by the elevator and that was no issue. Plenty of parking around the building. The kitchenette was useful for heating water for my french press coffee and making toast for the kids. I can see that being really useful for longer stays.
