The host responded in less than an hour and checked in to see if we needed anything. The neighborhood was quiet and close to Mayo Clinic which was great as we were there for four days of appointments.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Listing stated wheelchair accessible and all bedrooms on one level. Neither was true. Walk-in shower was on the basement level clearly inaccessible for one in our party. To make it worse, the railing up to the house was not stable, making it really difficult to assist the person who needed an accessible house to get in and out. Cleaning person was still cleaning when we were supposed to check in , and bedding for one bed was still in the dryer, which did not dry 2 hours later. Living room did not have enough seating for 6 and the only light in there was the over head ceiling light, no lamps for any kind of ambiance.
