The lamp in our room was broken and had a bulb that was dead. There was black hair in the bathroom, shower etc. The shampoo was knocked off the wall. The bed was very hard. The breakfast was not as good as we have had else ware. It was quiet.

The best part of the stay was the breakfast buffet- clean and a good selection. The room- 1. The bathroom is pitiful- the toilet and sink are sized for midgets- the heights of each fixture are oddly way below the norm- I thought I was in an ADA room. 2. The bathroom fixtures were loose- connected to the plumbing only, and not the wall. 3. The bathroom needed a makeover. 4. The corridor smelled. The problem with Best Western is that it should be called Worst Western. The room decor is so out of date, worn and dirty looking. Next time- I think I'll take a pass.
