"Got there at 2:00 and was very rudely told i couldn't check in until 3. When i returned, there were no rooms on the first floor and there is no elevator. We were then given a room about as for from the elevator as you can get. We are 78 and 80 ÿear old. Thats difficult. The free breakfast was terrible. ..."
