Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good as the face of the hotel. The room was ok and the area the hotel was in was ok. Would not stay here again unless there wasn't another option as there are too many options of other places to stay.

Arriving half an hour earlier than the standard check-in time on Expedia, we couldn't get access to the room, weren't given a day pass so had to purchase lunch and drinks even though we'd paid all inclusive and there were several other people having this same argument in reception while we were trying to check in. For a hotel which has a lot of rooms, one dining room and bar aren't enough. Would not recommend an all inclusive hotel and wouldn't stay again.

"The staff act like they don’t understand I am writing this because I am Moroccan and I paid for my wife to stay at this hotel and the staff was treating my wife like a thief she just want to get breakfast , they are making it very difficult and stressful that’s not good for the hotel and Morocco"
