"Shower was broken, room was freezing, breakfast was yogurt and coffee but when you spend $118.00 what can you expect. Also pool was broken and no elevator. Front desk staff was less than helpful."

"This place is a dump. Plugs didn't work, bathroom was filthy, the A/C only cools one room but has 2 other non-operational thermostats. The inroom coffee did work in the coffee pot. 2003 TVs...just drive to St. Charles and avoid this dump."

"The room was very nice. My dog found a tooth picker just under the side of the bed. We are lucky he brought it too us. He could of swallowed it and caused a foreign body. The bath tub was exteremly slippery both me and my husband slipped in the tub. On line its says pet $15 per pet but was charged $25 per pet."

"Room was dingy and stained. Sheets, covers, blankets were stained. Extra pillows in closet pillowcases had not been changed and were dirty. Clothes rail fell off closet when hanging clothes. Grounds were covered in litter, bottles and discarded beer cans. Did not see one staff member after check in, room was not cleaned nor offered to be cleaned upon check-in. Absolutely will not stay again."

"Friendly staff. Room was clean. Bed was hard as a rock and very out dated. "
