The room was spotless, with all sorts of amenities (wine glasses, bottle opener, purified water, espresso, etc.), and the host was extremely helpful and informative. Also it is not the kind of hotel we are use to book, it is difficult, because if you don’t get to the property on time for any reason, they leave and you have to wait outside with your suitcase and hot weather. Next time I will book a hotel with front desk. But I need to say that it was cleaned and nice room, bathroom and great location!"

"When we arrived at the property we had so many questions about the area! The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions with great patience. We only stayed for 1 night, but wish we had booked for more nights. We toured Siena during the day, but came back to the property for a beautiful sunset and dinner. "Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas...

"We had to delay our arrival by one day so we were very kindly switched to a Colombo 1935 apartment, without any fuss. The Colombo Apartment was fantastic, had a small balcony with a seaview, style/design was simple, comfortable, and elegant with a very well-equipped kitchen. We would definitely book it again.
