Ruhige und schöne Lage

Ein Haus in schöner Umgebung, mit einen fantastischen Weitblick in die Gegend von Grosseto, man kann bei schönem Wetter sogar bis Elba und Korsika sehen. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Wanderweg. Erholung ist an diesem Ort vorprogrammiert. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und geben hilfreiche Tipps.

Hier ist Erholung möglich!

Der Empfang durch die Eigentümer und einer Dolmetscherin war herzlich. Das Haus selbst ist optimal ausgestattet. Bisherige Ferienhäuser in Italien waren meist spartanisch ausgestattet. Das ist hier nicht der Fall. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Eine Eigenversorgung inkl. Kochen ist sehr gut möglich. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Die Lage sicherlich ein wenig abseits, aber für Erholungssuchende wegen der Ruhe einfach schön. Der Pool macht das Ganze perfekt. Beide Orte in fußläufiger Entfernung (Roccatederighi und Sassofortino) sind für die Versorgung ausreichend. Wer italienisch spricht kann hier schnell Anschluss finden. Die Bewohner der Nachbarorte sind wegen des fehlenden Massentourismus gegenüber Fremden freundlich, interessiert und aufgeschlossen. Die Preise in den örtlichen Bars sind paradiesisch niedrig. Da macht ein Morgenspaziergang zur Bar für einen Morgenkaffee echt gute Laune. Wir haben auf jeden Fall unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein Hinweis sei dahingehend erlaubt, dass die letzten 100m zum Haus sehr steil sind. Allrad braucht man zwar nicht, aber tiefer gelegte Autos werden Probleme bekommen, den steilen Beginn schadlos zu überstehen, insbesondere bei größerem Radabstand. Im Endergebnis ist das alles zusammen ein Grund fürs Wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem Ferienhaus! Es ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten (überdachter Pool, Außendusche und Toilette, abgeschlossenes, großes Grundstück. Für eine Familie mit Kindern perfekt!

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und dank der Überdachung auch bei schlechten Wetter zu nutzen. Das ganze Anwesen ist viel schöner als die Bilder versprechen. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und wirklich alles vorhanden und gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzer sind wirklich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Für Hundebesitzer ideal. Der nächste Ort ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ausblick auf Elba ist traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Sehr lohnenswert und erholsam

Das Haus ist idyllisch und schön. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und zuvorkommend. In der kleinen Ortschaft hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gute und klassische Restaurants in der Umgebung und nicht auf den Tourismus niedergelegt. Echte italienische Gerichte wie es sich gehört. Es war alles picobello sauber. Sehr freundliche und nette Menschen in der Region. Auch unsere Französische Bulldogge wurde immer gern gesehen. Wir können das Haus sowie die gesamte Umgebung nur empfehlen. Der Pool ist überragend und lädt schon morgens zum Schwimmen ein. Im Haus und der eigenen Gartenanlage konnten wir uns hervorragend erholen. Es war jeden Cent wert.

Perfektes Haus zum Entspannen

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Haus. Vor allem die untere Etage blieb auch bei über 40 Grad angenehm kühl.Nette Vermieter, die nur bei An- un Abreise vor Ort sind. Sie hatten sogar extra eine deutschsprachige Freundin zur Anreise besorgt. Diese wäre auch während des Aufenthalts erreichbar. Anreisekontakt per WA ging sehr gut. Der Pool ist super, bei jedem Wetter und zu jeder Uhrzeit nutzbar. Schönes großes Grundstück, dass nicht so abgelegen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig ist. Restaurants in der Nähe.

Erholung pur!

Das Grundstück, Haus, Pool und die Umgebung waren wunderschön. Genau der richtige Ort um sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. Das Haus ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In den kleinen Ortschaften gibt es sensationelle Restaurants mit äusserst zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Ein Tagesausflug zum Meer ist ebenso empfehlenswert. Die bekannten Weingüter sind alle innerhalb einer Autofahrstunde erreichbar. Super Location in der Maremma!

Tolles Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Äußerst gepflegtes und hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus. Der Pool ist durch die Überdachung bei jedem Wetter nutzbar, bei kühlem Wetter geschlossen, sonst offen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Zufahrt ist ziemlich steil und verlangt etwas Bodenfreiheit.
