There is a shared pool nestled in greenery, sun loungers, open-air dining and a stone barbecue carved in a wall at the guest’s disposal.  
  
Inside, the guests are welcomed into air-conditioned interiors and a cosy living-dining area perfect to kick back and relax just the way you do in the comfort your own home. The kitchen of the apartment is also well-equipped for carefree meal preparations and features a coffee machine, oven and fridge, among other utilities.

Being in Roccastrada, guests here can also discover local historical jewels like San Niccolò church with its captivating frescoes, the clock tower surrounded by the charm of medieval buildings and Teatro dei Concordi. Meanwhile, for the epicureans, several wineries and restaurants are within 5-15 minutes driving distance from here.  
  
The archaeological park in Grosseto, the Castello of Sassoforte as well as the beautiful old town of Montepescali are also within easy driving distance from here (20-30 minutes) and are worth checking out. The nearest airport, Florence Airport, is approximately 1 hour 35 minutes from this holiday apartment in Tuscany.
