  • Detached house, recently renovated, on the Provincial Road in Colle Grande, a short distance from the historic center of Roccascalegna, with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and hills. Its sunny position ensures a pleasant breeze on hot summer days. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, a TV corner, a large table and a walk. Upstairs, with access via an internal staircase, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom. Wi-fi and heating are included.
