Check in was standard. We got a room with door that had a knack to closing it but were not told about it so the door remained permanently unlocked. After complaining we were told the knack. It can be fixed in 2 minutes if they want! This info should, at least, be given at check in.

This is a good hotel to stay in and we would recommend it. Clean, comfortable, great King beds! Around 15 mins drive to/from Memphis airport. We booked this hotel as it stated it had an airport shuttle, however, it did not state it was only available Monday to Friday. This would be the only negative of our stay.
We’d also recommend the Longhorn Steakhouse which was about a 5 mins walk from the hotel. Excellent food and highly recommended.
