I arrived… a different experience at check out though as the agent named McKenna …An African American lady who clearly did not want to be there was the rudest person I’ve EVER had wait on me!!!!!!I’ve stayed at lots of Holiday Inns etc and even worked for the company in Minneapolis from 1986-2000.. but NEVER had an employee speak to me the way she did. I went to check out and give her my card keys. I didn’t see her hand . I said my room # and she said “ how rude “.. I said what?? Me?? She said “Yes your being rude I had my hand out”….. I advised her I didn’t see it which I didn’t .. who the heck speaks to a customer that way ???.. wow!! She needs to go back to customer service training cause that alone will have me bad mouth this property and never stay there again., your company should be ashamed that that’s who is the face to check out/ in too.. "
