"Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. Very close to great dining eg Classic diner and Pine Bush Chinese . It’s positioned in a lovely area and has a very nice outdoor seating area where you can sit outside and enjoy the sun sets . I removed one star as the air conditioner in our room was very noisy with a musty smell but everything else was perfect ."
"Great getaway property. We checked in for two nights, and stayed in a building with kitchen/2 bedrooms, which was great for our needs. We spent time in the property relaxing at the beautiful pool, sauna, and had a fabulous dinner at Butterfield. Played some shuffleboard, pool and video games in their clubhouse - very laid back vibe and perfect for a couples weekend. Great food options off property in the area, and my partner was able to get in a quick nine-hole game of golf at a nearby...

"You cannot find a better location! So close to the most amazing hiking in Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park, and also the quaint town of New Paltz. The house itself is clean, comfortable and very private. Great deck. It has everything you need for a great stay. Would definitely rent it again. The host also was super accessible when I had a question about the AC."
"We've stayed here before and once again the front desk was very accommodating, the room is clean, beds comfy,pillows are awesome. I'm looking forward to the view and breakfast in the morning. Oh, also....very convenient to Minnewaska. Love it here!"

"This was an excellent place and location for our girls trip. We went to Mohonk Mountain House, FDR’s house in Hyde Park, Hudson River Walk, and shopped and ate near the house in New Paltz. The host was so helpful and the house was perfect with all the supplies you’d need. We brought yoga mats but to our surprise they had some there! The backyard view was stunning too! Highly recommend. "
"Problems w. outdoor furniture, boats, & hazards (poison ivy) that we weren’t made aware of.Rowboat leaks and is not safe for children. Outdoor dining table & chairs not useable because in need of power washing & chair backs unstable.Poison Ivy along paths where people walk (yes, one adult got it; very unpleasant) No credit given us for these issues…but we did get denial.First day we weren’t given code for oar box so couldn’t go on lake. Management gave us 65 credit for that…"
