Small Vacation Apartment - Mühlenblick Vacation Rentals

  • The 22 m² holiday rental features a spacious living and sleeping area. A room divider separates the two areas. The comfortable double bed measures 140x200. Adjacent to the sleeping area is the bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area features a small, custom-designed kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, sink, 1 induction burner, mini-oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. It allows you to enjoy a cosy breakfast or prepare delicious meals with simple ingredients. You can enjoy these at the dining area, which offers a panoramic view of St. Nicholas Church and the city’s vibrant hustle and bustle. There is intentionally no television in the holiday rental. This leaves more space and time for good conversations, walks in the park, or a good book.



    The building housing the two holiday apartments is centrally located in Röbel’s Old Town, in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District, not far from Lake Müritz (500 m) and close to the Müritz National Park. The apartments are located on the ground floor of a lovingly and ecologically sustainably renovated, approximately 120-year-old half-timbered house. The house stands on the site of the former defensive moat of the town of Röbel, directly adjacent to the historic city wall.
    The holiday apartments on the upper floor are accessible via the interior staircase. Both are equipped with wall heating embedded in natural clay. Bold wall colours were avoided to allow the unique ambiance of the space to shine through. The apartments are simply furnished with antique or handmade furniture and a few modern elements. Hardwood floors and area rugs further enhance the cosy atmosphere of the rooms. Thus, the holiday apartments offer an oasis of comfort where you can relax after an eventful day of holiday.



    Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Altstadtflopp statt Altstadtflair an der Aorta von Röbel

Wir haben uns leider von Beginn an nicht wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr klein, die beschriebene "liebevolle" Einrichtung besteht überwiegend aus alten Möbeln, die nicht aufgearbeitet wurden, schmuddelig wirken und auch defekt sind. Es roch zudem wirklich muffig. In der "Wohnung" hat die Endreinigung nur halbherzig statt gefunden, überall fanden wir Spinnenweben, ein Topf war zudem schmutzig. Der Duschkopf war verkalkt und das Wasser in der Dusche läuft schlecht ab. Alles wirkt irgendwie aus Übriggebliebenem zusammen gesucht, so gibt es z.B. einzelne, nicht zusammen passende Gläser. Der Kühlschrank ist mini. Einen Kleiderschrank gibt es nicht. Nach Fahrradtouren im Regen gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten, die Sachen zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Die direkte Lage an der Hauptverkehrsader durch Röbel beschert sehr kurze Nächte - mit geschlossenem Fenster ist es zu warm, mit geöffneten Fenstern ist ab ca. 4:30 Uhr der Schlaf beendet. Das Bett ist zudem extrem unbequem, die Auflage ist ca. 10 cm hoch und liegt sich umgehend durch. Eine Zumutung! Die Fahrräder stehen auf der Straße, zum Parken des Autos nutzt man den öffentlichen Parkplatz am Mönchsteich. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt im 5 km entfernten Bollewick, die Kommunikation dort ist unfreundlich, eine Einweisung vor Ort in Röbel fehlt ganz. Wichtig: Bettwäsche & Handtücher müssen hier extra bezahlt werden!!! Wir können dieses völlig überteuerte Quartier nicht weiter empfehlen und sind sehr enttäuscht.
