No WI-FI available Top bunks are only suitable for guests aged 14 years and younger. Excellent location, just one street back from the famous Long Beach and half a block from the Caravan Park. Recently renovated it is great for families or 3 couples with 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy family gatherings in the open plan living upstairs with kitchen, dining and lounge or dine on the balcony to a catch a glimpse of the sea. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and bathroom. The newly renovated kitchen has everything you need to entertain family and friends, with a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, Aldi Coffee Pod and plenty of crockery and glasses. Enjoy the sunshine on the balcony or through the big windows, cosy even for a winter escape, both living areas have a split system. Downstairs is the perfect escape for the kids, with open entertainment area with TV, DVDs, XBox and Board Games, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5) and bathroom. Outside is a large backyard to cater for extra cars and a boat. Enjoy short walks to Long Beach (5 min) or take the coastal trail along the breathtaking views of Nine Mile Beach into town and enjoy the hospitality Robe has to offer. Suitable for small children with a gate at top of the stairs and a Porta Cot for babies Small house dogs are welcome. Villa Patricia was great for all the kids as down stairs had the prefect kids entertaining area with room to play bored games and spread out also a second TV. our stay was great and we enjoyed every moment of our huge family holiday together. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The location is great with beautiful sea glimpses from the sheltered balcony. It's a short walk to long beach, a short walk to get the best frappes from Patrick at the campground and a short cycle into town which is much easier now with the new path and lights. The house is well equipped with the essentials however the rooms are short of storage for clothes especially if you are staying longer than a week. The house was perfect for a beach holiday for 2 families 4 adults and 5 kids bbqs on the deck and views of long beach which is just a short walk.
