No. 49 is a breath of fresh air! Sleeping 12, this fully equipped holiday property will suit one large family or 2 small families. Located close to Mahalia Coffee and the Gym (for all the gym enthusiasts), a short stroll to all restaurants and shops and right down the street from Robe's Dinosaur Playground, this home is sure to delight young and old. Open plan living and dining, kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless appliances including dishwasher. Four large bedrooms, ensuite and walk-in robe to master. Spacious family bathroom with separate bath and large shower enclosure. Large enclosed rear yard for the little ones to play and to keep your pets safe plus a large shed to store the boat or jet skis! NO BOOKING IS ACCEPTED WITHOUT RETURNING THE GUEST LIST WITH THE REQUIRED DETAILS Property Notes: A $500 bond is required for your stay at No. 49. Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made please book bed making with your booking request ($15.00 per bed). It is the guest’s responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made, we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property.
