:Luxury cabin was average. Bed was very uncomfortable - had not been rotated in ages. We were sandwiched between 2 families with noisy kids who stayed up until 10pm. Parents stayed up until after midnight talking loudly.

We arrived late, so we had no direct interaction with staff, however check in was easy. Our rooms were well appointed and the bed we slept in very comfortable. A little more bench space in the bathroom would have been beneficial, but it was nothing that could not be worked around. Its location near the beach was perfect.

Location was good. Bunk beds weren't made up. Entered to be met with ants all over the kitchen sink & floor. Noisy area but, did the job for a 1 night stay-over.

the park was well laid out, neat and tidy, we stayed in a waterfront cabin which was also neat, clean and well presented, it rained virtually every day of our stay but that didn't detract from our short holiday experience, hats off to the park staff, we will certainly stay there again

We had a great stay. We really enjoyed the the parks facilities. Indoor pool, fantastic adventure play group. It is located right across from the beach. We were able to go to the beach for a walk or a paddle. The only thing that wasn’t good was the internet, not very strong.

The older small cabin was great inside with beautiful pillows and comfortable bed. fully optioned for cooking etc with ensuite . my cabin was at the end of the park so I had lots of room all round and also a paved area to park the bike up close to the cabin door. There was a communal hall only 50 meters away with bbq facilities if you needed it. My only gripe was the distance into town was just on the longer side so take a quick walk in for dinner at a hotel or restaurant. I couldnt find any Taxi service in Robe at all.

The apartment itself was excellent. Disppointed that the so-called 'waterfront unit' was nowhere even close to waterfront. When I decided to pay significan tzly more for my accom than other units, I expeczed the sea to be visible from the deck. A few little improvements could be a lock on the master bedroom door and extra bathroom foot mat as shower water soaked out significantly.

Total disappointment. This place was dirty, with food on the floor and sticky handles in cabin. The "indoor" pool had a covid limit of 15, but every time we went past we counted over 20 people. There were caravans arriving between midnight and 1am. They are asking the guests to complete the covid cleaning in the shared kitchens and bathrooms.

If there are any issues in future in your cabin, please let us know at reception so we can rectify it for you while you're in our park. Please know we don't at all expect our guests to complete our COVID cleaning. We do this multiple times throughout the day, but do expect our guests to clean up after they're done using our shared facilities as normal. We of course will do the deeper cleaning side of things. The pet friendly cabin although very basic, was clean and tidy. Overpriced for what it is but when you have a pet travelling with you. There’s not a lot of choices out there. Had all the creature comforts needed for a comfortable stay.

The cabin we stayed in was too close to the people in tents, you can almost hear their whispers. It was too crowded considering the 1.5 meters distance from each other during this COVID times. The most we weren’t happy about is the internet that was so slow or often times there was no connection at all it was frustrating!
