"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a Continental Breakfast. There was coffee, hard boiled eggs, pastries and cold cereal. It was lite and not heavy. Perfect for hiking and biking! The staff is very friendly. We've stayed here in the past and we hope to stay here again in the future. "

"Not many options for hotels in Bryson City. There were a few $350 a night BNBs and places like this Sleep Inn. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great and had many options. Plenty of free parking. Hotel was quiet. Room was less than desirable. Old worn out desk and chair. Stained carpet. No lamps in room. Only BRIGHT overhead lights. Small bathroom. Room did have microwave and mini fridge and cold air conditioner. TV only had shows from the 1970s, a few news channels, a few channels with old football games and 50 channels with 24 hr info commercials. No movie channels. Worst part was the bed. Everytime you moved at night the bed springs creaked LOUDLY!! It kept waking everyone up it was so loud. Worst night of sleep ever. "

"The room was clean and smelled nice. The staff and security were very friendly. The casino was clean and parking was a breeze if you use the valet. They were also friendly and quick with getting your vehicle. Overall I had a very good experience. Would do it again."

"We didn't lack for anything while we were there.. We wanted a remote place, to hang out and relax, and that's what we go! Alice was very helpful with suggestions and things to do, and we couldn't have asked for a better hostess!"

"The room was clean and well maintained and check in was a breeze! Had a frustrating time trying to use the TV's (Roku kept forgetting the wifi) but the amenities more than made up for it! Plenty of areas to gather, cook and have a picnic, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, good breakfast and a beautiful location! Highly recommended! "

"This house is located in a quiet cove and was spacious that's great for just a single family or larger gathering. All the games and the movie room were fun. The floating dock and boat rental made it where we didn't need to leave the house or lake. The beds are comfy and kitchen is well equipped and has spices. We'll definitely keep this place saved for future stays in the area."
