"Booked this stay with the promise of parking but when we arrived there was no where to stop or park in the street or neigbouring streets. I contacted the owner and was told to park in council parking 17 mins away. A very hostile neigbourhood so had to go and find another last minute stay in next town. No help from Stayz either."

"It is not a bad place. The place need to be cleaned properly when someone leaves. A potato and a bottle of milk was left in the fridge. I threw the potato away as it was smelling but did not tough the milk. I think a shower curtain may help to prevent the bathroom tiles getting wet. Thankshe milk. "

"Sleeping rooms are ok but the property overall makes a worn, in some places very worn impression. In some places the paint is flaking off the walls. The yard is a wilderness with rubbish and cigarette buds galore - really disgusting. In terms of value for money this is by far the worst ranking place on this trip. We had much better for a quarter of the price. "

"In a nutshell, dreadful. Furniture missing or unsafe, lots of things broken or unusable. Exposed wires, NO fire extinguisher, NO smoke alarm or Carbon Monoxide monitor, NO fire blanket in kitchen. Inadequate kitchen tools meaning we couldn't self cater, no glasses, I could go on and on. This property appears to have not been checked by any authority for a very long time. "

"This is a pub with 5 rooms upstairs. In need of a refurb. Open until midnight on Friday and Saturday nights with loud music. Punters hang about outside until at least 12.30am. Outside of pub opening hours access is via a metal fire escape. Good quality tea and biscuits."
