Open the doors and let in the gentle Caribbean breeze while you prepare a snack in the kitchen or upload your photos to social media with the free WiFi, you can also relax in the hammock to take a nap, catch up on your reading or just enjoy the spectacular ocean views. Ceiling fans, air conditioning and a shared community pool will keep you cool even on the hottest days.

Please note that the pool is primarily designed as a deep pool, with a shallow entry area with steps. For guests who prefer extra support in the water, especially families traveling with children, we recommend bringing your own floaties for added comfort and safety.



IMPORTANT. Please note that there is ongoing construction just before entering the community, which is outside of our control. During your stay, you will experience construction-related noise, which can vary depending on the type of work being carried out, with some days being minimally impacted and others more noticeable.

-If you travel by plane, the distance from the Juan Manuel Galvez Airport to the studio is 40 to 45 min.

-If you travel by ferry the distance from the Galaxy Wave and Roatan Dream Ferry is 45 to 50 min.

* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open.

NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.

We provide an electricity allowance ($5 per AC unit per night) during your stay.



* Additional charge for Check-In or Check-Out before or after the established time 11:00 am to 3:00 pm a charge of $100+ will be made, confirm your check in or check out one day before your arrival or departure.
