"The hotel is a little remote, but it was an easy drive to Malpensa Airport. It's a well-maintained facility, although business seemed pretty slow during my stay. The reception was very welcoming and accommodating, giving an upgrade to make certain that wifi would be accessible in the room. It's located in the residential area of a small town, and I imagine that it would be a pleasant place to explore if one had more than a single night."

"The location was what I was looking for - not crowded and close to some nature. It is beautifully nestled in the greens, away from traffic and has great parking. The room and bedding were clean. The beds were not as comfortable as I expected, but not a deal breaker. The staff is absolutely fantastic! Sarah especially was so helpful, responsive and patient. FYI - the keycard controls the lights etc. in the room so make sure they tell you this at check-in. Card not in; then nothing works. I give it a 4 star because our safe did not work and I that was a priority for us and at the time of check out no one came to fix or replace it."

"Very scenic location in the hillside facing the lake and castle. Easy walk to Arona waterfront for a nice stroll / ferry terminal or lunch & Dinner. The breakfast great and had dinner at hotel one night and food was perfect. Great wine selection too. We had a Balcony room and the lake / Mountain views were nice. Sunsets were beautiful. Sunrise if your up early faces right at the room. Easy drive to MXP airport too."

"it was very beautiful to stay there. We only had two nights because of a flight we had to get out of, but we didn’t want anything that looked like a regular airport hotel. The pool area was gorgeous. It’s set back off of the back and very quiet the bar and snack food doesn’t open till I think after four and that’s near the inside of the lobby that was a little disappointed because we wanted something before but the service in there was awesome. The breakfast is a good breakfast for European yogurt, cereal, snack, snacks, breads, eggs, and fruit. The rooms were clean and cold and came with a pay mini bar. We ate in the dinner restaurant and that was good as well. The crème brûlée was very nice and so is the service. I highly recommend the place."
