My wife and I are in our 80's, and I have some mobility issues, so it was challenging to navigate the steps from the driveway to the entry sidewalk, since there is no handrail on those steps. As 3 unrelated adults, we really liked each of us getting an en-suite bathroom. There were two areas in the house to work and collaborate - a living room upstairs and a den downstairs. The internet worked great. The views were nice - can't speak for amenities or activities nearby as we were staying in to get work done.
