What you will love \- Within a 1.5-hour drive from several key North Carolina cities such as Blowing Rock, Boone, Banner Elk Valle Crucis, West Jefferson, Mount Airy and Charlotte and approximately two hours from the Research Triangle area \- Gourmet, fully equipped kitchen, including new stainless-steel appliances \- Large sunrooms on both floors \- Large, vaulted ceiling in living room with massive fireplace located on main floor. \- A second living/game room with another fireplace is located downstairs with a pool table and foosball table. \- One deck is located off the kitchen and sunroom and the other deck is located off the primary bedroom. \- Two downstairs bedrooms each with a private porch. About Bella Vista: Enjoy the privacy and beautiful views of our 3,256 square foot home (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) has to offer. Our home features a neutral color palette with pops of color that is well suited for guests. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen awaits with features including an expresso/cappuccino maker. The sunroom on the main floor has wall-to-wall windows that showcases the spectacular views and wildlife. The sunroom also includes a cocktail bar, a wine bar and a wine refrigerator. The main floor includes a step-down, oversized living room just off the kitchen, an oversized fireplace where you can relax and enjoy an 85-inch TV. The split floor plan that has two en-suites that will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The primary bedroom features a private deck, king bed and ensuite bath that has an oversized walk-in shower. The secondary primary bathroom has been fully remodeled and features a queen bed with an ensuite bath. The downstairs features three bedrooms and one full bath. Two bedrooms, each with twin beds and another bedroom with a queen bed share a bathroom. The downstairs also includes a large game room where you can play pool, foosball and enjoy a 65-inch TV and fireplace. Located outside two of the bedrooms and for your convenience is a small beverage refrigerator The sunroom includes another 65-inch TV and is the perfect place to relax, play games and read while enjoying the view. Outdoor Amenities Include two decks on the main floor and two patio areas downstairs where you can play games and lounge and enjoy wildlife, stargazing, and the amazing sunsets. Getting to Roaring Gap, North Carolina, and surrounding areas: A unique cozy rural setting that includes a post office, a boutique, and fine antique shopping. Travel just 15 minutes to Sparta, NC where you will enjoy quaint, locally owned diners and restaurants, farmer’s market and local artisans that offer unique jewelry, soaps, candles, and pottery. Airports: Charlotte Douglas International Airport (95 miles), Statesville Regional Airport (57.5miles) and Piedmont Triad International Airport (83 miles). We came to Roaring Gap to spend the week visiting family over Thanksgiving and were looking for someplace close to our other family members in High Meadows that would allow us to enjoy a week in the mountains. Everything about Bella Vista was perfect for our trip! Brenda is incredibly helpful and accommodating - the perfect host. The pictures on VRBO cannot begin to show how truly lovely the house and the views are. We had plenty of room to spread out. The big livingroom was perfect for gathering around the fireplace. Our kids loved the games downstairs. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We were all cozy in the bedrooms. The house was well appointed, was in a quiet mountain area and had a beautiful view. It held seven adults easily with lots of room to spread out our gather as we wished. ##### wade s. You probably cannot find a better view in the state of NC. House is very clean, well stocked kitchen, great grill. Frank and Brenda are the best host ever. We hiked to Stone Mtn Falls, explored the area and played some golf. The area is awesome. We will definitely be booking this house again. Our family reunion there made all 11 family members smile for 3 full days and well beyond. ##### Tim A.
