The Staff at Fort Burt were so welcoming i felt to at home especially in their Bar/Lounge. They made my experience in the bvi unforgettable and i am truly happy i got to experience it. The hotel is truly a scenic get away and is so close to a lot of tourist attractions. Their staff called me cabs, looked out for me and made me feel safe at all times. The room had an exceptional view and the privacy was second to none. A truly warm and comfortable place to be

Okay for a night

We needed a room for just one night before our charter trip. It served it's purpose. The hotel has seen better days and is pretty run down. It was a convenient location for us and we did have a place to lay our heads.

Good morning The stay was good Peaceful But the place was not clean properly In the upper bathroom corner there was so much spider line and somewhere you could see rusting in several areas. In spite off all, it was worth it for the quietness, comfortability.

Accept able I love everything about the property, the staff was so accommodating we wanted fried fish that wasn't on the menu and the coke accommodated us. We were here during a tropical storm, they brought us food for lunch because every place was closed in town

Awesome Customer Service

Everything was great. Loved the customer service from all the front desk representatives; all 3 of them were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was so spacious and the balcony with the view was amazing. Great location near downtown. The only downfall was the WiFi; was unpredictable; didn’t work on my balcony or by the pool and streaming was inconsistent. I think though that this might be an “island thing;” I don’t know.

It would be unfair rating as my visit was not a pleasant reason (medical emergency). Overpriced breakfast 11$ for 2 English muffins and sliced fruit and coffee, long wait to initiate service, but it’s that kind of island grove. Unique property- Amazing and calming view, Convenient location, and the people, priceless, so Kind and compassionate, well travelled and educated with interesting chat. Black Food truck with BBQ was excellent- located between hotel and hospital. I would stay again-
