Not too bad. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights over the weekend. It's old, but the rooms are nice and clean. The reception stuff need to act more professional at such a well known brand hotel though. They were not friendly enough to put on a smile. They didn't explain to me about the facilities in the hotel. I had to ask for everything. The Terrace Grill is an excellent steak house there. The lights went out and had to go back to room via staff in the service lift. Got back to room on 4th floor and water wasn't running to sink or bath. When the water did return 30 mins later the water was running through brown for 15 mins. They will go extra mile.however, I have the following concerns. The bath tub is extremely slippery and thus unsafe. Also, I booked this hotel only because it shows that it has swimming pool. To our surprise it is only for men. My wife was really upset. As a Muslim I am aware of country religious traditions, but Marriott seemingly doesn’t respect them! Why not have two separate swimming pools or allocate hours for women to use swimming pool.
